Welcome to INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our online fee payment platform provided by Xtudy. By using this platform to pay school fees, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Purpose

This platform is provided to parents/students for the seamless payment of school fees. It ensures secure transactions and maintains transparency in fee records.

2. Account Responsibility
  • Parents/guardians must ensure that accurate information, such as the student’s details and payment information, is provided.
  • Any issues arising due to incorrect details will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
3. Payment Terms
  • All fees must be paid as per the school’s fee schedule.
  • Payments can be made through the available modes on the platform (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.).
  • Payment confirmation and receipts will be issued only after successful transactions.
4. Receipts and Records
  • A digital receipt will be generated immediately after payment and sent to the registered email or phone number.
  • Parents/students are encouraged to keep a copy of the receipt for future reference.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Fee refunds (if applicable) are subject to the school’s policies and approval. Please contact the school administration for refund-related requests or disputes.

6. Transport Fee Collection and Refund Policy

Transport fees are collected as per the fee structure and payment schedule defined by the school. Fees may be charged monthly, quarterly, term-wise, annually, or as otherwise determined by the school.

Transport fees once paid are generally non-refundable, unless the school’s policy specifically allows a refund. In case of transport cancellation, withdrawal, route change, or non-utilization of the service, any refund or adjustment will be subject to the school’s applicable rules.

Any approved refund will normally be processed to the original payment method or adjusted against future fees, where applicable. Refund processing time may depend on the payment gateway or bank.

Xtudy only provides the technology and payment infrastructure for collecting transport fees. The school is responsible for determining the applicable transport fee, cancellation, refund, waiver, and adjustment rules.

7. Data Privacy

The information provided during fee payment is used only for processing transactions and maintaining records. We ensure all personal and financial data is securely handled in compliance with data protection regulations.

8. Service Availability
  • The school strives to keep the fee payment platform available at all times. However, occasional downtimes may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.
  • In case of platform issues, parents/students can contact the school administration directly.
9. Limitations of Liability
  • The school is not responsible for any failures caused by external factors such as bank or payment gateway disruptions.
  • The school ensures accurate fee structures but will not be held liable for errors due to incorrect user entries.
10. Prohibited Activities
  • The platform must not be used for any fraudulent or unlawful activities.
  • Any misuse of the platform may result in suspension of access.
