As DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL offers a SaaS platform for schools to manage student fee payments, no physical goods are shipped. All services are delivered digitally and are designed to enhance the school’s fee collection process and record management.

Service Delivery
  1. Platform Access:
    • Once the school completes the registration and subscription process, the platform is activated immediately for use.
    • Parents can log in to pay student fees online, and schools can track payments in real time.
  2. Receipts and Notifications:
    • After a successful fee payment by parents, the system generates a digital receipt that is immediately available for download from the school application.
    • Schools also receive instant updates about payments, ensuring transparency.
Refunds and Adjustments

Refunds for school fee payments will be handled as per the school’s policy. Schools can update fee payment records or address disputes directly within the platform or from the school Office.

Subscription-related refunds for the school will follow our Refund Policy.
