1. General Guidelines
  • Fees once paid are considered final and non-refundable, except under specific circumstances outlined in this policy.
  • All refund requests are subject to approval by the school administration.
2. Cancellation of Fee Payments
  • Voluntary Cancellation: Fee payments cannot be canceled by parents once the transaction has been successfully completed. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact the school administration immediately for assistance.
  • Duplicate Payments: In the case of duplicate fee payments, a refund may be processed upon verification.
3. Refund Eligibility
  • Overpayment or duplicate payment.
  • Payment made for an incorrect fee category or structure.
  • Withdrawal of a student from the school before the start of the academic session, subject to the school’s withdrawal policy.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
  • Admission fees.
  • Registration fees.
  • Any other one-time fees, as specified by the school.
5. Refund Process
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the school administration, along with proof of payment (e.g., receipt or transaction details).
  • Refunds will be processed after verifying the request and may take 7–10 business days to reflect in the original mode of payment.
6. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of unforeseen situations (e.g., medical emergencies or other valid reasons), refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the school.

8. Transport Fee Collection and Refund Policy

Transport fees are collected as per the fee structure and payment schedule defined by the school. Fees may be charged monthly, quarterly, term-wise, annually, or as otherwise determined by the school.

Transport fees once paid are generally non-refundable, unless the school's policy specifically allows a refund. In case of transport cancellation, withdrawal, route change, or non-utilization of the service, any refund or adjustment will be subject to the school's applicable rules.

Any approved refund will normally be processed to the original payment method or adjusted against future fees, where applicable. Refund processing time may depend on the payment gateway or bank.

Xtudy only provides the technology and payment infrastructure for collecting transport fees. The school is responsible for determining the applicable transport fee, cancellation, refund, waiver, and adjustment rules.
